When will my spirit wear order arrive at the school?

All orders will arrive at Truedell PS during the week of Dec 16, 2022. Orders will be distributed to homeroom teachers, and sent home with students.


What is the ordering deadline? 

The Truedell PS spirit wear store will close on Nov 25, 2022 at 11:59 PM. Please make sure you get your order submitted before this time - late orders cannot be accepted!

 

How do I know which size to order?

Each of the styles has a sizing chart included in the product images. Please make sure you choose the correct size -  we're not able to exchange or refund items that were ordered in the wrong size. 

 

What happens if one of my products isn't available?

We always try to make sure the items listed on the store have deep inventory, but we sometimes run out of certain colours or sizes.

We'll let you know if any of the items you've ordered are out of stock - and you'll be able to:

  • Switch to another size or colour (if available).
  • Cancel the unavailable item(s) and receive a full refund

 

Can I make any changes to my order once it has been placed?

Changes to orders can only be made while the store is still open. If a change needs to be made after the order deadline has passed, please contact us immediately for assistance. 

 

There is a problem with my order. What do I do? 

We exercise a high degree of care in producing quality garments, and we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you receive a garment with a defect, please contact us right away. (Refer to our refund policy for more details.)

Unfortunately, because garments are produced to order, we cannot exchange garments or accept returns of garments that are purchased in the wrong size. Please make sure you refer to the sizing charts when placing your order.
